Brief Introduction of the Rotary Honey Nespresso Filling Sealing Machine
This rotary Nespresso Coffee Capsules filling sealing machine is customized for Bee Honey that packed into Nespresso capsules small cups by changing the piston type semi-liquid paste dosing system. The piston semi-liquid honey dosing system is contructed with piston pump with scale for volume or weight adjustment.
Detailed Specification of the Honey Nespresso capsule filling sealing machine
1. Will be with piston pump to dose the honey into the small capsules. You are supposed to pour the honey into the 40L hopper over the dosing system, then the piston pump will distribute the honey into the small capsule or cup very accurately according to the volume that preset by a scale on the piston pump.
2. Measuring scale on the piston pump, which is used to measure the cylinder stroke that determined the filling volume.
3. Diving Type Filling Head, which can avoid the honey splashing greatly
All the parts are connected with quick-connection clamp, which is benefit to clean the parts easily and effeciently.
4. Hopper with Proper Cover.
We can also equip this machine with automatic feeding system with peristaltic pump to feed the filling stuff into the hopper automatically with sensor inside the hopper. No stuff or lack of stuff, then pump feeding the stuff into the hopper automatically.
5. Heat Sealing Station and Swing Arm to discharge the finished capsules.
After the empty capsules was droped into the molds one by one---cup detection sensor, no cup, no filling---filled with bee honey---then placed with pre-cut lids, no lids, no sealing----Heat Sealing----Swing Arm to discharge the capsules out----finished capsules output detection, if there's capsules inside the molds, then machine will stop automatically.
Packaging: Strong Export Wooden Case
* Before packed in the wooden case, the machinery will be wrapped with bubble film and plastic film around and around. After fixed onto the pallet, another plastic bag will be entangled on the machine, then packed into the strong export wooden case.
