Product Details
Empty capsules feeding station:
•Automatic empty capsule loading device, use vertical design, Loading system that allow to start from stacked capsules on piles
•Single magazine can accommodate 1500 capsules;
•Servo Motor driven device feeding capsules into mold plate steadily and accurately.
•The empty capsules should be pushed into the magazine from the inclined capsule feeding rack manually.
Sick Photoelectric Sensor
•The photoelectric sensor will detect if there's cups/capsules inside the module holes.
•If no cup, no filling, no sealing, and reject the empty cups at the end of the line.
Automatic vacuum material feeding and Filling System
•Automatically transport the powdered product through pipe from the holding floor tank to the auger hopper.
•And If lack of powder in the auger hopper, the vacuum feeder will restart to pump the powder automatically.
•Keep constant Nitrogen level inside the system.
•Provide automatic control of the weight by means of servo motor driving the auger screw frequency and the target weight of the capsule by PLC, adjust filling weight on the touch screen.
•Besides, there's a high accurate powder level sensor inside the transparent hopper, which can control the vacuum powder feeding machine automatically.
•And another stepper motor to mix and flat the powder to keep the powder level flat and a relative stable pressure.
•Flushing Nitrogen inside the transparent hopper.
•The whole hopper with the dosing system can be flexible for adjusting the height and turning out for convenient clean the hopper.
•The anti-static device will installed onto the filling head.
Tamping and Cleaning station
•Air Cylinder driven press down coffee powder after the filling process and remove overflow coffee on the capsule rim to get a flat surface. Meanwhile, this device will suck the remaining coffee on capsule's rim to filter Jar, so that get good sealing effect.
•This station will be also with Nitrogen flushing point.
Cutting and sealing rolled aluminum film device:
•Cutting roll aluminum film and form circle lids, and at the same time, sealing lids on the capsule's top.
•With Servo motor unwind the rolled film, more accurate and stable performance.
•With harden Steel cutting knife, the cutting is clean.
•With premium brass heat sealing head, the sealing surface is good.
•With Omron temperature control module, the temperature can be adjusted on the touch screen.
Capsule Output and Conveying with Defective Products Rejecting
•A small cylinder will lift up the capsule and the Swing robot arm will catch the finished capsules and release it onto the inclined collection tray.
