Using Procesures
1. cup dropping 

The elevator will convey empty coffee capsules to automatic sorter machine. It can load 2000-3000 pieces capsules, shortening the time that people add empty capsules into the machine by hand. Every 1 hour you need to add capsules. And when lacking capsules, the sorter will send capsules automatically.  

 

2. nitrogen flushing

With nitrogen flushing device, it creates a low-pressure environment. When the nitrogen source pressure and flow rate meet the conditions, the residual of Oxygen will be reduced to less than 2% in the capsule, so that the fresh coffee is sealed and wrapped by highly pure nitrogen; 

3. filling

Auger filler is driven by Servo motor.
Constant speed mixing device ensures that the density of coffee powder is always uniform and there is no cavity in the hopper.
Visualized hopper can be pulled out and moved for easy cleaning.
Powder level detection and vacuum feeder convey powder automatically.
Special filling outlet structure ensures stable weight and no powder spreading.

The mechanism arm will pick finished capsule out from machine's mold,and place it on the 1 meter conveyor, it outfeed capsules steadily. The conveyor will be easily to second package and go into boxes.

Other optional choice in the machine
1.UV sterilization system
It provides a good production environment for capsule production;

2.The peristaltic pump drop filling device
It can be used to add liquid flavors in the capsule in the future;

3.Anti-static device
The main function of the ion fan is to eliminate static electricity, which has excellent performance to prevent electrostatic pollution and damage. Because the coffee particles are always moving and rubbing against each other, they must generate static electricity. Removing this static electricity is more conducive to smooth filling, and also protects the filling system in a sense.

4.Remote control
Before the machine leaves the factory, the program and logic are set according to the current requirements of the customer. If the customer wants to change some software logic according to the actual needs in the future, the engineer can control the change remotely in China, which saves the time and economic cost of the customer.

5.Online check weigher
After producing dolce gusto coffee capsules, on the end of line, it will has a platform which hold a loading cell will check every finished capsule weight, then give feedback to PLC. If the capsule's weight beyond tolerance of the setting range, it will be blowed off the conveyor.
